A former corporate lawyer from the UK, Wes Hall has been involved in training and equipping in Church and Bible School contexts for two decades.

He has served as part of the leadership team of a number of prominent ministries and churches in the UK, Germany and the USA, teaching on a wide variety of themes and pioneering several ministry schools.

He is passionate about men and women discovering their identity in Christ and being equipped in the Word of God and by the power of the Spirit to impact the nations with the Gospel. He is married to Carol and together they have four children.

Carol Hall has been leading worship and training musicians and worship leaders for over twenty five years.

She is originally from South Africa where she studied music and was mentored in worship leading from an early age. In 1999 she moved to the USA where she met her husband, Wes. In 2016 she moved with her family to southern Germany where she served as the worship director of a local church for several years.

Since 2022, Carol and her family have been based in Florida, where she continues to lead worship and train and mentor young worship leaders. Carol met her husband Wes in Kansas City and they have four children.

John Kim together with his wife, Joyce, is the Founder of Kairos Global, a missions sending organization that exists to train and send laborers to preach Christ where He is not yet named.

With many years of experience serving overseas on the mission field, John now serves as the President of Kairos Global where his primary assignment is to give the spiritual direction of the organization and to equip Kairos Global staff to pioneer initiatives as the Lord leads.

They have four children and live in Port Saint Lucie, FL.
